Conditional Use Permit (MCUP) PLN 25-0100 proposes a 16,500-square-foot Planet Fitness located to the west of Sprouts Farmers Market and south of Wendy’s restaurant within the Town Center Specific Plan. The existing approximately 1.43-acre site has partial improvements, parking lot, and associated landscaping that serve the existing retail shopping center to the north and east. Parking has already been provided as part of the existing shopping center; however, the project will additionally provide new concrete walkways and landscape with irrigation.
