(Continue Project Title)...at Accessor Parcel Number 7428-008-004 in Wilmington, California for the Pier B On-Dock Rail Support Facility Program. The Port of Long Beach Board of Harbor of Commissioners adopted an ordinance finding and determining the public interest and necessity for acquiring and authorizing the condemnation of a temporary construction easement within property identified by Accessor Parcel Number 7428-008-004 located directly adjacent to the Dominguez Channel Rail Bridge in Wilmington. The acquisition and condemnation of the property is necessary for the reconfiguration and expansion of the Pier B On-Dock Rail Support Facility Project, for which the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was certified on January 22, 2018 and an Addendum to the EIR was approved on August 28, 2023. The EIR identifies the properties and property interests deemed necessary to acquire in accordance with applicable state and federal eminent domain and relocation laws and regulations.
