Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-CCA-59564-R3), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Sridhar Pillarisetty.
The project is limited to the installation of an arched culvert bridge and two armored stormwater outfalls in association with the development of the Hetfield Estates Residential Subdivision. Bridge abutments will be located below top-of-bank and will be comprised of steel piers within a concrete foundation. Outfalls will be armored with planted rock slope protection. Project activities are limited to vegetation clearing, ground disturbance, installation of hardscape associated with bridge abutments and outfall armoring, and bridge assembly and installation. Vegetation and ground disturbance associated with the project will result in temporary impacts to 3,006 square feet of riparian habitat. Hardscape associated with bridge abutments and armoring of outfall outlets will result in permanent impacts to 1,133 square feet of riparian habitat. Thirteen native riparian trees will be removed. Temporarily disturbed areas will be revegetated, and native plantings will be installed.
