The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0205-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project Applicant, Windstar Energy, LLC.
The Project includes routine, recurring maintenance activities to maintain function of facility infrastructure and to reduce scour and flood risk at multiple stream crossings throughout the Windstar Energy facility.
