The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2020-0206-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant Alta VIII Wind, LLC.
The Project includes activities related to the routine maintenance and repair of multiple stream crossings throughout the greater Alta Wind VII operating area. Maintenance activities authorized by the Agreement include sediment and debris removal, vegetation management, and road crossing maintenance.
