The allowance of up to 319,000 cubic yards of additional earth material to be transferred from the Distrito La Novia project site across La Novia Avenue to the San Juan Meadows project site throughout the course of five weeks, to bring the San Juan Meadows portion of the project to its final approved grades. Approximately 381,000 cubic yards of earth material was previously approved to be moved from the Distrito La Novia site to the San Juan Meadows site.
