Conditional use permit for the relocation, replacement, and continued use of 2 free-standing, 184' in height radio antenna lattice towers, along with additional consideration to permit a height in excess of the 30' otherwise permitted; the relocation, replacement and expansion of associated ground-level equipment facilities, including an emergency generator enclosure; and the relocation and replacement of the perimeter fencing surrounding the facility, all within an existing lease area located within the Kenneth Hahn State Recreation Area, also located within the OS-1XL Zone. Approximately 325 cubic yards of dirt will be graded and balanced on-site.
