Document Description
The Village Pad 5 Amendment – Bank of America Project (the “Project”) consists of a Conditional Use Permit Amendment and Design Review Amendment for the construction of a new 5,900 square foot bank building with three ATM drive-through service lanes within the previously approved Village Shopping Center (PLNG22-066).
The Project shall comply with the City’s Climate Action Plan (CAP) for new non-residential development, including CAP measures related to energy efficiency (BE-4), solar readiness (BE-6), off-road construction fleet (TACM-8), and 20% reduction in VMT below the City’s 2015 baseline (TACM-3) and electric vehicle charging (TACM-9).
