Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-RIV-62009-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, for the Project Applicant El Sobrante Landfill Waste Management or as represented by David Meyer. The proposed Project is limited to the grading of approximately 35.9-acres and stockpiling fill to be used for existing landfill operations. The stockpile volume is anticipated to be 4.2 million cubic yards of fill. Construction equipment will access the area using existing paved roads and dirt roads within the landfill. No construction activities are proposed in areas outside of the designated Project grading/stockpile area. Earth-moving equipment that will be used includes scrapes, excavators, dirt haul trucks, bulldozers, dirt compactors, and water trucks.
