Document Description
On July, 15, 2026, City Council adopted approving Subdivision No. 23-05 (Tentative Tract Map No. 20595) to allow the subdivision of an approximately 404.3-acre site into 327 single-family residential lots, and Specific Plan Amendment No. 23-01, amending the development standards and guidelines of the University Hills Specific Plan to reduce the previously approved maximum residential density from 980 dwelling units to 327 dwelling units. The City Council also adopted an Addendum to the Final Subsequent Environmental Impact Report and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (State Clearinghouse No. 2007071155) and dissolution of Development Agreement No. 08-02. The Project was previously recommended for approval by the Planning Commission at its January 13, 2026, public hearing.
