Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SCR-58196-R3), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Mount Hermon Association as represented by Erik Johnson. The project will operate a seasonal flashboard dam, seasonal juvenile fish ladder, and attendant facilities in Zayante Creek, just upstream of the confluence with Bean Creek and near the community of Mount Hermon in Santa Cruz County. The impoundment will be used for boating and canoeing activities only during the summer months, and not for recreational swimming.
