Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-RIV-59069-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Stonegate Development.
The Project includes impacts to 6 stream features related to the subdivision of 75 acres into 50 single family residential lots. The Project will also include the construction of local residential streets within the project, and manufactured slopes at ratios of 1.5:1 and 2:1.
