Document Description
Originally approved in 2011, the Dennis T. Machida Memorial Greenway (formerly the South Tahoe Greenway Shared-Use Trail) is a 3.86-mile separated shared-use trail, portions of which have already been built, that will link Sierra Boulevard in the Sierra Tract neighborhood of the City to Van Sickle Bi-State. The Conservancy prepared an addendum to examine the following minor modifications to the northern approximately 1/3 mile of the Greenway: refinements to the trail alignment between Chonokis Road and the Greenway terminus, changes to boardwalk width and footings, and the replacement of mitigation measure CUL-1 with substitute mitigation measures.
