Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SAC-61121-R2, pursuant to
Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Taylor Morrison.
The project is limited to the development of residential, school, park, and commercial uses and
construction of associated onsite and offsite infrastructure as part of the SunCreek Specific Plan
Area. The project will mass grade 129.91 acres as part of the Phase 1 Project Area south of Kite
Creek for construction of building pads and infrastructure, which includes filling in ephemeral
swales and streams with connectivity with Kite Creek.
