Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has extended
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SAC-17434-R2, pursuant to
Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Taylor Morrison.
The Extension will provide the Permittee with additional time to complete their compensatory
mitigation requirements in their Streambed Alteration Agreement. This includes completing the
remaining three years of mitigation monitoring per the Onsite Wetland Restoration and
Monitoring Plan and finalization of the Addendum to the Open Space Preserve Operations and
Management Plan for the North Vineyard Station - Elder Creek and Gerber Creek, recordation
of the Conservation Easement, and establishment of the Endowment Fund for the Wildhawk
North Preserve.
