Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SMO-49651-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project Applicant, The Minkoff Group, as represented by Daniel Minkoff.
The Project is limited to relocatation of a 170-foot-long reach of an unnamed tributary at Little River Park and construction of a new 166-foot-long channel wtih aquatic habitat (0.031 acre), freshwater marsh habitat (0.033 acre), and riparian woodland/grassland habitat (0.128 acre). The downstream portion of the existing channel and associated wetland and riparian habitats will be filled and converted to a 66-inch diameter underground storm drain (culvert/storm drainpipe is approximately 75 linear feet).
