The modified project consists of approximately 151,101 square feet of new building space, which is an increase of approximately 40,229 square feet of development on the project site compared to the 110,872 square feet of building area proposed in the approved project. The modified project would also transition the campus from a middle school (grades 6-8) proposed under the approved project to a secondary school (grades 7-12). The modified project includes the same project site boundaries and student/staff capacity that were previously evaluated in the Adopted MND.
