The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has extended Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SJN-16920-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Matt Arnaiz.
The Project is limited to the construction of a sewer pipeline that would run under the French Camp Slough by means of jack and bore. The extension authorizes the project term to be extended from July 2, 2026 to September 2, 2030.
