Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed and issued Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-RIV-62220-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Mark Hayden.
The Project is limited to the construction of the Line A storm drain and a storm drain outlet structure as part of the SP 293 Winchester Hills development. The channel will extend 0.5 miles with a storm drain outfall structure that will be constructed on the north bank of Salt Creek. Approximately 5,508 cubic yards (CY) of soil will be excavated; 838 CY will occur in the temporary impact area, and 4,670 CY will occur in the permanent impact area. Permanent impacts will total 0.71-acre and temporary construction impacts total 0.52-acre and consist of the 30-foot-wide buffer around the permanent impact area. Fill will only be placed in the permanent impact area and consist of 2,321 CY of Class V riprap, 561 CY of concrete for the headwall, wingwall, parapet wall, and cutoff wall, and 318 linear feet of cable railing. Construction equipment to be used during Project activities include but are not limited to: Excavator, Backhoe, Box Grader, D6 Bulldozer, and hand tools. No water will not be diverted or extracted during Project activities.
