Document Description
The American River Contract 3A (ARC3A) Project includes the installation of approximately 3,000 linear feet of levee erosion protection to reduce the risk of levee erosion during high flow events on the Lower American River. The ARC3A Project also includes the installation of on-site riparian habitat features and instream woody material to provide on-site habitat for fish and wildlife species. The State Lands Commission action is approval of a 49-year General Lease – Public Agency Use through April 6, 2075.
