Document Description
Approval of Permit No. 6156-1, under California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Article 3, Section 6, for work within an adopted plan of flood control: To reconstruct a 9-hole golf course, rough and finish grading of the project site, underground irrigation main and laterals, irrigation controller, valves, sprinklers and electrical, connection to the existing irrigation main stub, drainage grates, basins and piping, construction of greens and tees (i.e. grass cover), turf (i.e. grass cover), a small bridge of same type and size as the prior bridge, and protective fencing along the golf course boundary and trail interface. The reconstruction of the golf course, authorized under Permits No.’s 6156, 6156-A, 6156-B, and 6156-C, is required as part of the 2016 American River Common Features Project, American River Contract 2.
