The Applicant proposes the operation of three interconnections that will allow them to deliver supplemental water to the Golden State Water Company (GSWC) Nipomo service area, the GSWC Cypress Ridge service area, and the Woodlands Mutual Water company service area. Each interconnect includes a precast concrete vault, flow control valve, flowmeter, piping, valves, electrical and instrumentation control panel, and communication system.
