The County of Tulare along with the City of Fresno, the City of Dinuba, Caltrans, and the Federal Highway Administration, propose to widen and improve a 12-mile stretch of Mountain View Avenue/Avenue 416/El Monte Way. The work would include widening the roadway to four lanes with a median and/or median lane.
