Document Description
The proposed project would develop a new elementary school campus that would include a maximum capacity of 700 students and include grades TK through 6th grade on an 11.9-acre school site that was entitled under the Approved Project in 2010. The proposed project would consist of five single-story buildings clustered around a central courtyard, a contiguous playfield area south of the campus buildings including a track and field, an inclusive play structure, a platform, play courts, a fenced kindergarten play area, two surface parking lots with pick-up/drop-off areas, hardcourts, other site improvements, and landscaping. The proposed project would also include room for a future classroom building and a future kindergarten building.
