Document Description
The Project is split into two Capital Improvement Projects (CIPs) that will occur concurrently. The eastern portion, CIP 310, entails the completion of the Contra Costa Water District’s Canal Replacement Project and the widening of that portion of East Cypress Road and a portion of Jersey Island Road. The eastern portion, CIP 302, entails the widening of East Cypress Road from Jersey Island Road to Bethel Island Road. The Project will result in permanent impacts to an isolated palustrine emergent wetland from fill needed to raise the elevation within the proposed road widening footprint.
