The project would construct 985 multi-family residential units on a 38.8-acre site located at 7020 Airway Road. Additionally, the project would allow for the development of 20,949 sf in leasing/amenity space, two detention basins and a 3.5-acre park site. The project would also include improvements to Cactus Road, Continental Street, and Airway Road, as well as the construction of internal roadways. Additionally, the project would include the construction of a water line, sewer gravity line, and sewer force main within the Cactus Road ROW and 2,400 lateral feet of 24-inch sewer gravity line and sewer force main within the Otay Mesa Road ROW.
