Document Description
Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2003-5139-3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1601 for the following project. The project will consist of the following 6 tasks. The placement of bank revetments such as A-Jacks, rock slope protection (RSP) and compacted soil backfill to stabilize the west bank of the creek, cutting and removal of the existing trash rack, installation of a new tapered and steel-framed rack on a concrete footing, placing RSP in the voids around the existing 12-inch pipe that enters the creek form the west and installing a flared end section onto the 12-inch pipe.
