Document Description
The Rancho Santiago Community College District (District) proposes to consolidate and relocate its continuing education programs from leased sites on Chapman Avenue and Main Street to the District-owned property at 1465 N Batavia Street in the City of Orange. To accommodate the programs and its students and staff, the District plans to install portable classrooms and provide parking on the currently vacant site in two phases. The proposed project would also require limited soil trenching or small excavation for utility work in previously disturbed areas of the project site, which will necessitate an update to the existing soil management plan for the site.
