The changes that will be authorized by the proposed permit include: 1. Addition of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) stream to existing transfer operations. The current permit prohibits the acceptance of MSW; the proposed permit removes MSW from the list of prohibited wastes. 2. Removing activity-specific maximum tonnages to allow for flexibility within each activity while keeping the same total permitted maximum tonnage of 1,551 TPD.
