Specifically, the project includes, in the City of Lindsay, construction of a roundabout on SR 65 near Tulare Road, realignment of SR 65 from Avenue 224 (Lindmore Street) to just east of Cedar Avenue, and construction of roundabouts on the new alignment at Hermosa Street and the SR 65 connection; near the City of Exeter, the project includes construction of a roundabout at the junction of SR 198 and SR 245.
