                Document Description

A rezone for 10 acres on the west side of State Route 32, across from Fitzgerald Drive from TM-5 to TM-2 1/2. Once rezoned, there is a potential for four residential parcels to be created from the original parcel. Sewage disposal for the project would be provided by individual septic tanks, and water would be obtained from individual wells on the site.
