Document Description
EVWD is proposing to place a water pipeline within 5th Street in the City of Highland, California. The purpose of the project is to allow EVWD to transport water from its existing Plant 40 to EVWD's under pressure zone. The pipeline will be placed underground within the paved, dedicated and developed roadway of 5th Street. After installation of the pipeline, the roadway will be returned to as near its pre-project condition as feasible. The purpose of the project is to provide EVWD customers with an adequate supply of high quality drinking water.
