Document Description
Expand existing duck to accommodate four (4) additional boats. The duck would be constructed of treated wood on floating watertight poly floats supported laterally by pre-poured concrete piles installed with a pile driver as opposed to jetting. Mitigation to avoid biological impacts, water quality impacts and fire safety impacts have been identified and agreed to by the applicant.
