Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has issued an amended ITP (No. 2081-2018-084-04), pursuant to Section 2081(b) of the Fish and Game Code to TH Sea Haven LLC.
The Sea Haven Project involves the construction of residential units including paved roadways and landscaping as part of Sea Haven Phase 5b, which is a component of a larger 248-acre and partially developed 1,050-unit residential subdivision. The Sea Haven Project will result in permanent impact to 2.9 acres of habitat for Monterey gilia (Gilia tenuiflora ssp. arenaria), which is designated as a threatened species under the California Endangered Species Act (CESA). The amended ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW adds two additional activities as Covered Activities in order to minimize and fully mitigate impacts of the authorized take.
