Document Description
The proposed project would construct a grade separation between Milliken Avenue and the UPRR tracks. The recommended alternative would elevate the UPRR on its existing horizontal alignment 24 feet above Milliken Avenue. The project would include the following improvements: construction of a bridge for the railroad underpass, rail realignment/shoofly, street improvements, drainage modifications and grade separation improvements, and utility relocation.
