Document Description
The proposed improvements consist of two new two-story buildings. Phase 1 is an approximately 12,400 assignable square foot building with a proposed height of 32 feet. The proposed building will include academic offices, conference, kitchen/dining, assembly and scholarly activities space. Phase 2 is an approximately 17,660 assignable square foot building, also two stories. The proposed building will include office, conference, assembly, scholarly activity, storage, and class lab space. The site is located on the northeast corner of Cook Street and Frank Sinatra Drive in California State University San Bernardino/Coachella Valley Master Plan area in the City of Coachella Valley.
