Document Description
Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0872 pursant to Fish and Game Code Section 1601 for the following project. This is routine maintenance project to remove accumulated gravel and sediment from within the bores of the triple box culvert at box culvert at Bale Slough as it passes uder State Route 29, at PM 25.36 just north of Rutherford in the County of Napa. To complete the project a front end loader will access the creek from the southwest corner of the drainage structure. The gathered material will be loaded into dump trucks and the material deposited at the Caltrans stockpile aite at Washington Street and Highway 29 in Yountville. Approximately 100-150 cubed yards of material will be removed from within the culvert.
