This Addendum considers minor project refinements to extend passenger rail along approximately 9 miles of the SMART corridor from the intersection of Lytton Springs Road and Healdsburg Avenue, south to the intersection of the tracks and Windsor River Road, north of the Town of Windsor. Construction would include trackwork, bike/ped infrastructure, bridge replacement and staging area refinements within Sonoma County.
