                Document Description
            
            The California Department of Fish and Game (Department) is executing a 1603 Stream Alteration Agreement with California Associated Ltd.  (Applicant) for the Applicant's use of the Stanislaus River.  The Applicant plans to construct and install a storm water outfall structure composing of two 86-foot length 24-inch diameter drain pipes.  Approximately 50 cubic yards of 1/4-ton clean angular reprap will be placed along the north bank of the Stanislaus River to provide energy dissipation of water exiting the storm drains.  The riprap will be placed in an area approximately 15 feet linear stream length by 86 feet width.  The project period is from the execution of the Agreement through one (1) year.
