            California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA# 6-2002-185) pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Steve Van Lue of Ashbrook Communities .  The project will result in 1.39 acres of permanent impacts to streams and associated riparian habitat.  Due to grading and fill activities and placement of rip rap.  The Operator will mitigate for impats with the creation of 2.4 acres of riparian habitat on site and by purchasing two credits from the Mission Resource Conservation District Program.
