Document Description
The project proposes a minor subdivision of a 3.17 acre parcel into two lots of 1.06 and 2.11 acres gross. The proposed use of the project is residential and agricultural with a single family residence proposed for parcel 2, an existing house on parcel 1, and much of the existing avocado groves to remain. Offsite improvements include a water-service extension and road improvements for Johnson Lake Road. Lakeside Water District will provide the site with water service through existing lines along Johnson Lake Road, and Lakeside Fire Protection District will provide emergency services. The addition of a on-site wastewater system is proposed to serve the project on Parcel 2.
