                Document Description
            
            California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #6-2002-105) pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant.  The applicant proposes to widen the Mill Creek Bridge on State Route 38 by 16 feet on the north side.  The widening will require geotechnical drilling on the north abutment of the bridgeand the grading of 10 X 30 ft access road.  The bridge widening will also require excavation of 15 ft in depth at the west abutment for wall and diaphragm extensions.  A total of approximately 200 cubic yards of material will be removed.  The project would impact 0.06 acres of unvegetated stream bank.
