This is an encroachment permit (#0202-NDM-0679) to repair a steep eroding bank of decomposed granite on the north side of SR 299. Erosion control methods will include vegetated gabion construction, manual grading, modified brush layering, compost fill, geotextile-wrapped berms, and seeding.
