Document Description
The operator proposes to bore under Kellogg Creek at Bixler Road and Highway 4 in Byron, Contra Costa County to remove existing utility/telephone poles at the interesection. The bore places a 12-inch encasement approximately 5-feet under the lowest point of Kellogg Creek and Highway 4, running on the east side of Bixler Road. Bore pits, entry and exit, will be located ouside the riparian zone and approximately 95-feet from the banks on the south side of the creek and 175-feet on the north side. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0725 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1601.
