Document Description
The operator proposes to repair some eroded areas after an overflow event at the City of Napa's Hennessey Water Treatment Plant. The repairs will consist of cleaning out the bottom portion of the existing culvert that runs under the access road, remove exposed bricks and concrete debris originally used as fill material, re-grade approximately 20 lineal feet of the embankment to fill in the area of debris removal and reinstall the existign boulder rip-rap, hydroseed, and plant the area with native riparian trees. Issuance of a Steambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0760 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1601.
