Final closure of the existing Cummings Road Landfill (a municipal solid waste disposal site) and postclosure maintenance. The site will be regraded, compacted, and covered with a highdensity polyethylene membrane, subsurface drainage system, and protective vegetative cover. Post closure maintenance systems include groundwater, surface water and air monitoring, road, ditch,and sedimentation basin repairs and gas and leachate extraction system operations.
