Document Description
This application seeks approval of a General Plan amendment, a Rezoning and a Tentative Subdivision Map to divide the 25-acre cemetery at 2383 Napa Vallejo Highway and the adjacent 1.0 acre industrial property at 960 Enterprise Way into 10 industrial lots. The existing cemetery would remain on the 11.25 acre lot 10. Eight of the proposed industrial lots would take access from a new public street off Enterprise Way, over the existing industrial lot at 960 Enterprise Way (046-531-019) which Proposed Lot 1 is the remaining 0.50 acre of this lot and will continue to take access from Enterprise Way.
