Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (the Department, "Caltrans") proposes to improve traffic circulation and safety at the intersection of State Route-1 (Pacific Coast Highway, PCH) and State Route-107 (Hawthorne Boulevard) through an intersection improvement project. The proposed project area is located in the City of Torrance, in Los Angeles County. The action is intended to widen and upgrade the intersection via the acquistion of right of way, the construction of dedicated right and left turn pockets, restriping, and resignalization. Utility relocation will be required.
