Document Description
The proposed project includes subdivision of the project site for single-family residential, multi-family residential uses and recreational uses in three phases. Parcel A and B, comprised of 7.42 acres and 7.47 acres respectively, are proposed for multi-family uses. A third parcel is subdivided into single-family residential lots and a 3.5 acre open space area. A fourth parcel is included in the proposed Stonecreek Master Plan, currently undergoing environmental review. The proposed project would be constructed over three phases. The proposed project includes a zone change from Unclassified (U) to Planned Development (P-D) for single family detached and multi-family attached residential uses. The average density of the proposed project would be approximately 7.49 dwelling units per acre. Access to the project site would be provided from six different access points: Ortigalita Road, Cardoza Road, Badger Flat Road extension, and three access points on the new roadway segment along the northern boundary of the project site.
