Metropolitan proposes to perform annual maintenance and testing on the Coyote Creek Hydroelectric Power Plant. Maintenance activities inlcude facility cleaning such as sweeping and mopping, visual inspection of the facility and components, testing of cooling and lubrication systems, cleaning and lubrication of CB 102 and VCBs 104 and 204, and imspection and cleaning of electrical equipment.
